General fees information:
Appointments are charged based on time spent with you. If your session went for longer than scheduled, you will be charged accordingly. 75 min sessions are $230, 60 min sessions are $190, and 45 min sessions are $145. Fees may change at any time. Private health codes are listed on the services below.
Payment is required on the day of service.
We are a private service only, we do not accept payment from third party payers (eg Medicare, MyAgedCare, Return to Work SA, DVA etc).

If you have symptoms of prolapse such as vaginal heaviness, dragging or a bulge protruding vaginally, and/or if you are interested in a vaginal support pessary or are currently using a pessary to manage your prolapse symptoms. We provide education, assessment, and all of your options, including the provision and ongoing support of a pessary if needed. What to book:Women's Health Initial Assessment: Our first appointment is a thorough assessment where we will go through the above. If you're hoping to get a pessary, we use this session to see if you are a suitable candidate for a pessary and talk you through the pros and cons, and any other management you may like to try beforehand. We do not fit pessaries at this first assessment.Pessary Fitting - 1st appointment: If you would like to pre-book a Pessary fitting, please select a "Pessary Initial Assessment" online for at least 2 weeks after your Women's Health Initial Assessment. We have various types of pessaries and they all have various sizes, so this allows us time to pre-order the style/size that we think would be best suited for you. Whether you've had a C-section, abdominoplasty, laparoscopies, kidney/gallbladder/appendix surgeries etc, all abdominal scars can be worked on. Description:
Mastitis is where lactating breast tissue becomes inflamed, resulting in either one or both breasts, feeling red, hot, tight/hard and tender, and can even bring on flu like symptoms. It is important to note that you don't need to have all of these symptoms mentioned to be suffering from Mastitis, and that it is something that requires immediate attention. Without proper treatment and advice, the inflammation can worsen extremely quickly, making you extremely unwell and can lead to bacterial mastitis. The good news is, treatment can make you feel immensely better, very quickly too.
What happens during a Mastitis session?
All sessions can be done either in person, or 100% remotely, in fact, most of my sessions are done online with absolutely brilliant results. During the initial Mastitis session, we will go through a thorough history and see if we can work out what brought on your symptoms. We do a large amount of myth busting some of the old wives tales, and a heap of education. My aim is to give you a toolkit of strategies for you to self manage over the next few days, and I teach you what many mums have dubbed "Boob Voodoo" - the most brilliant way to quickly and easily calm down your symptoms and pain yourself.
If we do an in person session, we can bring additional relief by using therapeutic Ultrasound* to help soften the breast tissue, in conjunction with the standard education and treatment. Ultrasound is very safe, painless and has been proven to improve Mastitis symptoms after just one session. It can take as little as 2-3 days to completely resolve your symptoms, and we often will require 2-3 days of treatment in a row to ensure this happens. (*please note, additional time is needed to do the Ultrasound, so an additional fee applies)
Mastitis can get really bad, really quick, which is why we offer these Emergency bookings & will endeavour to get to you within 24 hours (pending of course that I am in Port Lincoln & not away!).
So please don't wait to see if it gets worse, or brush it off, immediate action is required. You can first try the online booking function to see if it's your lucky day to get an appointment today, however if there is no availability within 24 hours, then please get in touch by filling out the Emergency Mastitis Booking Form & I will be in touch ASAP.

Late Cancellation Fees
We try to be as flexible as possible, however, any changes to appointments need to be made by 4.30pm the day before the appointment (yes even on a Sunday). If you fail to provide the required notice, you will be charged a ‘late cancellation fee’, to the value of 50% of the consult type you were booked in for. All of our fees are listed on our website. This ‘late cancellation fee’ is not claimable on your private health insurance, and you are required to cover the cost independently. If you cancel/change your appointment prior to 4.30pm the day before, you will not incur any fees. You will be emailed, or posted, an invoice that requires payment within 7 days.
Missed Appointment Fees
If you simply are not at the clinic at the time of your scheduled appointment, or for home visits, if you’re not home or turn us away, without having attempted to cancel earlier via text, email or phone call/voicemail, you will be charged a ‘did not attend fee’, to the value of 100% of the consult type you had booked. Again, this is not claimable on your private health insurance. We will endeavour to make reasonable contact with you, however if we have not heard anything from you after 15 minutes, you will be charged the ‘did not attend fee’. You will be emailed, or posted, an invoice which requires payment within 7 days.
How to pay for your appointment
In the clinic, we have a HICAPs terminal, where we can swipe your Private Health card, and just have to pay the gap on the spot. All funds are accepted in the clinic. If you forget to bring your card, you will need to pay in full either via cash or card, and we will be able to email or post you a copy of the paid invoice for you to claim back manually with your health fund afterwards. If you want to know in advance what your gap will be, you will need to call your health fund directly and quote the item code(s) and our fees that you will find on the Fees page.
If you do not have private health insurance for Physiotherapy, you are required to cover the full price of the consult independently via either card (preferred), bank transfer, or cash. Please note, we do not accept payment via cheques. If you wish to pay in cash, please endeavour to have the correct amount as we do not carry cash for change.
All fees must be paid in full on the day of service.
For home visits, exact cash or bank transfer payment is required as our Hicaps machine needs to stay in the clinic. Any private health rebates for home visits will need to be claimed back manually by the client after the appointment once payment has been made.
No Third Party Payers
We are solely a private service and do not see any clients funded by any third party. Third parties include Return to Work SA, DVA, MVA, NDIS, My Aged Care, and the like. This also includes Medicare EPC/TCA scheme clients.
